Introduction/Commitment

The Arkansas Society of Professional Lobbyists (ASPL) is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to this website. It is our goal to maintain compliance with the highest standards of website privacy so our visitors may comfortably and safely use the site for a range of information needs.

Collection of Information

Many websites collect information from its visitors. The Society of Professional Lobbyists does not collect personally identifiable information from visitors to this website. Our system does routinely collect information about origin and site navigation of our website visitors in an effort to provide information that is most pertinent to both the general public and our members. This information is aggregated and is not reflected on an individual basis. We do not collect information from any of our site visitors unless this information is submitted as part of a request for service or information.
ASPL does not currently use "cookies. A "cookie" is a text file placed on the browser of website visitor to identify website use patterns.

Who Collects the Information

The only people using aggregate website access information is the website administrator and Officers of the ASPL. If a visitor submits additional identifying
information (as noted above), that information is available only to the
ASPL staff who will be involved in implementing the requested activity.

How We Will Use The Information

Information about website use patterns will be utilized by the website administrators team and AOS staff to modify and enhance the website. Identifying individual information (such as name, e-mail, and address) will be used only as requested by the visitor.

With Whom Will The Information Be Shared

ASPL does not sell, share or release any information about website users
to any third parties, unless requested to do so by that user. Personal information about individual website users, as submitted as part of a service or information request, will not be shared in any way without specific consent from the user. However, we may disclose information when legally compelled to do so.

Members Database and Physician Information

The data contained and publicly available on this website is stored in a secure database and all reasonable efforts are made to protect the privacy of our members. Email addresses will not be provided, sold, licensed, leased, or otherwise to any third party. Email addresses may be used by ASPL staff in email correspondence with specific or all members.

Links to Other Websites

ASPL provides links to other websites as a service to our members and the general public. ASPL makes no claims to the accuracy or validity of such information.
